Eligible Arkansas residents can apply for free legal advice and representation through the state's civic legal aid organizations. These organizations assist low-income individuals with civil cases, public benefits, financial issues, estate planning, and more. All residents can access free self-help resources on their websites.

  • Free Advice: Services are available to residents whose household income is at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
