You'll need to file a Certificate of Amendment for your business entity, as governed by Chapter 3, Subchapter B of the Texas Business Organizations Code (TX Bus Orgs § 3.053). This can usually be done online through the Texas Secretary of State's website. Then with the EIN, it's IRS Form 8822-B, the Change of Address or Responsible Party form for businesses.
