Free Alaska Legal Advice - Online Chat

A low-income resident can qualify to receive free legal advice in Alaska from a non-profit such as the Alaska Legal Services Corporation (ALSC). Such services are provided through an online application process. In addition, there are self-help resources to assist individuals in navigating the court process.

• Free Advice: Free legal assistance is provided to those who meet income and case-related eligibility criteria of those at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines (see table). Alaskans aged 60 or older are not subject to such financial eligibility restrictions.
