- Free Advice: NMLA offers free legal services to low-income individuals, seniors, and victims of violence living in New Mexico. Households with incomes at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines are generally eligible to apply.

- Free Advice: NMILC provides free legal advice to immigrants in New Mexico with low incomes. Eligibility for some programs, such as assistance with DACA renewals, is dependent on age and other eligibility factors besides income.

- Free Advice: To be eligible for free legal advice, an applicant must be at least 60 years old and living in Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance, or Valencia counties. SCLO gives special priority to those individuals who are economically needy, socially isolated, medically frail, or institutionalized.
